Are the figures in the sample estimate pack real?

No. Every figure is illustrative and every name, address and drawing number is fictional. The format, the structure and the audit are exactly what a live pack contains - the pack is a demonstration of the deliverable, not a record of a real project.

What is in an Alturascope estimate pack?

Six deliverables come back on every pack: a priced schedule of works, a traceable quantity take-off, a margin analysis, a machine audit report, a stated basis of estimate, and a client-ready bid document on your own letterhead. A seventh - the live working file in Vyntworks - is not a document at all.

How long does an estimate take?

Two working days is the typical turnaround from receipt of a complete drawing set. Larger or more complex packages are agreed before work starts.

Does the bid go out under Alturascope's name?

No. The bid document is white-labeled to your letterhead, your terms and your covering narrative. It arrives as a draft in your own Vyntworks account for review, and it goes out as your submission.

What the pack does not do.

It does not price your risk

Rates reflect a major-metro commercial build-out. Your labour, your supply chain and your appetite for a given job are yours to apply. The margin page exists so you can do exactly that before you submit.

It does not replace your review

The audit is a quality gate, not a commercial review. Every pack is reviewed and signed off by a career estimator before release. You review it again. It is your bid, your number and your name on the submission.

It does not survey the building

Quantities are measured from the drawings you supply. Where the drawings are thin, a site survey closes the gap — which is the other half of what we do. See the buildings →
