Security Infrastructure Mapping
Camera positions, fields of view, access control hardware, alarm panel locations, perimeter security, and vault/secure storage documentation. Spatially mapped within the 3D model so your security plan reflects what actually exists, not what was drawn on a plan two years ago.
Environmental Control Systems
HVAC, dehumidification, CO2 supplementation, lighting systems (type, wattage, PAR ratings where accessible), irrigation infrastructure, and air filtration. Documented with manufacturer, model, and nameplate data — the information your mechanical engineers and grow consultants need to evaluate performance and plan upgrades.
Zoning and Access Control Documentation
Clear spatial documentation of regulated zones: limited access areas, restricted areas, vault rooms, quarantine zones. Dimensions, access points, and security hardware documented and mapped to support regulatory compliance verification.
Utility Infrastructure
Electrical distribution — panels, capacity, circuit allocation. Water supply and drainage. Gas lines where present. The baseline utility data that supports capacity planning as operations scale.
